Public Campaign President and CEO Nick Nyhart appeared on Your World with Neil Cavuto yesterday afternoon to talk about the Norman Hsu controversy--and the alternative to this kind of "raise money first, ask questions later" political process.

Three candidates running for spots on the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission are opting to run with full public financing under the new law in that state, reports the Las Cruces Sun-News. In all, thirteen candidates are running in three districts.
