Ney's District Director, Matt Parker, has been issued a subpoena in connection with the investigation of Rep. Ney's ties to Jack Abramoff.   Neil Volz, a former Ney staffer, has already pleaded guilty for his involvement in the scandal.

This announcement comes a day after three of Ney's top staff revealed they'd be taking jobs elsewhere.  How much longer will "Represenatative #1" hold out?
