The Federal Elections Committee has found that ARMPAC didn't report almost $250K in contributions or $325K in debts and that they made improper use of "soft money" to influence federal election activity in 2002. Read CREW's release on this decision here.
ARMPAC's Executive Director Jim Ellis was indicted last year for money-laundering.
