The Department of Homeland Security is in the process of constructing a big wall on the US/Mexico border and are serving notice to people living where the wall is to be built that they'll have to find new homes...unless of course they're wealthy, have friends in Washington, DC, and have given big campaign contributions.  The Texas Observer digs into the story - go here for a fascinating piece of reporting.
