We've had our go at the Wall Street crisis and the role of campaign contributions in leading to it, now the Center for Responsive Politics wants to hear from you. They've partnered with Helium on a writing contest about the Wall Street crisis and if your story is selected, you could win $100 for your work. Here's the question they want you to answer in a 750 word article: Did campaign contributions and lobbying by the financial sector contribute to the meltdown on Wall Street? If you need a little background, check out our stories here, here, and and editorial board memo from Public Campaign here. If you do submit a story, let me know!
