We're a step closer to learning the fate of Sen. Ted Stevens (R-Alaska). Today, the defense rested its case at the conclusion of Sen. Stevens' testimony to the jury. After the prosecution brought up witness after witness to try to prove their case that Stevens received gifts without declaring them on his Senate disclosure forms, the defense did all they could do discredit these claims. Tomorrow, both sides will give their closing arguments and the case will go to the jurors on Wednesday.   Stay tuned!
