Fair Elections on NPR this morning

NPR's Peter Overby discussed the Fair Elections Now Act (S. 752, H.R. 1826) on the radio this morning with lead House sponsor, Rep. John Larson (D-Conn.). The discussion noted the national Campaign for Fair Elections effort, including television ad's that aired recently in selected markets.   "The lead co-sponsor is Rep. John Larson, chairman of the House Democratic Caucus. He says that politics nowadays isn't so much about candidates or issues — it's mainly about money.   "How much money have they raised; how much cash do they have on hand?
