 <description>Parties who have made the status quo funding what it is will soon find it self-defeating when the voting majority find out that they, the citizenry, end up paying the tab thru higher prices of the products they buy, whether its goods or services.
So why not be wise and agree to public financing of elections the above-board way to begin with?
Some states have it that way already.</description>
