In no case is that more true than McConnel. The master of obstructionism, he has often almost single handedly held up critical legislation that did not meet his neo-conservative agenda or benefit his benefactors sufficiently. Kentucky certainly is a hard state to crack for a Democrat, but as a one time resident, I can attest to the fact that the people there are not idiots. Anyone in a position to make donations of time and/or money to McConnel's defeat would be doing a tremendous service to the entire population of the USA, not just Kentucky. This is the best chance we have had in years to dump the chumps. This would be a most excellent place to start!
