The insurance companies are also overcharging Medicare beneficiaries for services. For the past three years, I have been prevented from using the plan of my choice. I have experienced the Part D company attempting to withdraw a pre approved medication twice this year. That med costs $1000.00 a month. No one will take complaints of fraud. The Medec run by Health Integrity says they don't take fraud complaints. Health Integrity's investigators " speculate" to Inspector General's agents and that's obviously acceptable too.
The Part D insurer I use states that" ALL dual eligibles were double enrolled last year because of a glitch and Medicare knows it and says it is fine."
Part D Medicare is nothing but a tax and a rip off.
Think I am kidding, I can back up everything I said here with hard copy evidence.
