Hmmm, is Rep. Feeney's story about his ill-advised Scotland golfing trip alongside convicted lobbyist Jack Abramoff starting to sound like that of now-imprisoned ex-Rep. Bob Ney?  ThinkProgress notes [1]that Feeney, like Ney, has been cagey about the purpose of the trip with the influence-peddler, and under-reported the cost by a wide margin.  Feeney claims he wasn't bought by Abramoff -- only time, and the ongoing FBI investigation, will tell for sure.
