Americans for Campaign reform have launched [1] their Just $6 Movement, a grassroots campaign to win full public financing of federal elections.  Supporters include former Senators Bob Kerry (D-NE), Bill Bradley (D-NJ), Warren Rudman (D-NH), and Alan Simpson (R-WY).

The release sites the systems in place in Maine, Arizona and Connecticut as evidence that interest in public financing is growing - a good contrast to today's scandal-heavy headlines.
