In an FEC complaint [1] filed by Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washinton (CREW), two former staffers for Sen. Rick Santorum (R-PA) [2] are allegedly in violation of thte Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA).

CREW's complaint details the allegations against John Dick and Joseph Kuklis which include violating PAC contribution limits, and using corporate resources to facilitate contributions to federal candidates.
