The Associated Press reports [1] that Tom Noe pleaded guilty Wednesday to violating campaign contribution limits in funneling a $45,000 donation to President Bush's reelection campaign. Prosecutors are looking at a sentence of two to two and half years. Noe is also charged with embezzling money in connection with the Coingate scandal - a crooked investment scheme involving the state worker's compensation fund.
