The Houston Chronicle [1] has a story on how  DeLay's ties to Abramoff,  Scanlon, and his own  indictments are hanging over him like a black cloud and how the scandals are affecting his campaign to retain his TX-22 seat.

And speaking of indictments [2], Travis County Prosecutor Ronnie Earle is arguing in front of a judge on Wednesday to have the criminal conspiracy and money laundering charges against DeLay reinstated. We'll know later this week how that goes.
