This is probably not the campaign boost she was looking for... Rep. Katherine Harris' [1] embattled bid for a Senate seat can another questionable campaign donation to its tainted roster: $6,000 from Rep. Bob Ney's PAC [2]. 

Ney agreed last week to plead guilty to fraud and money-laundering charges, and several candidates who had taken money from him have pledged to donate the amount to charity. Harris claims the money is spent and she can't give it back, but certainly she's still got some of that $10 million [2] hanging around that she sunk into her own campaign following revelations that she'd taken innappropriate contributions from defense contractor Mitchell Wade - who offered to hold a fundraiser for her if she sponsored an (ultimately unsuccessful) House appropriation for him.
