Washington, D.C.—Campaign finance watchdog Public Campaign Action Fund responded today to former Gov. Rod Blagojevich’s (D-Ill.) conviction on 17 of 20 counts of corruption today.

“Finally a politician is being held accountable for his actions. Rod Blagojevich betrayed the people of Illinois and he should be punished.
